Get to The Next Level
I work with clients seeking career development and career acceleration. My clients are in different areas of career development, from college students looking to prepare themselves for their desired career to working parents challenged with accelerating their careers without sacrificing family.
- Stop struggling with self confidence
- You don't have to pick between a career and your family or starting one
- Stop resigning yourself to stay in a job or career that you hate!
- You don't have to just take the first job opportunity presented to you.
Many clients come to me because they are driven to success in their profession and in their family relationships. They may currently be struggling with situations around work/life balance, getting ready for that next big opportunity, or simply demonstrating excellence in their current role. My clients tend to know where they want to go, but may need a coach to help them determine a path to get there or what is holding them back.
I work with clients who are seeking career success where they can feel satisfied by their work. This may mean a certain level of pay, a certain title or influence in an organization, being able to work at something they love, or making a difference in other people's lives. Yes - you can do this without sacrificing your family relationships.
You can be successful in your career without sacrificing family relationships
Most clients start with a 25-minute alignment session. It is your chance to interview me.
During the session, we can discuss your particular needs and I will provide you with about 15 minutes of coaching around that goal and then I will discuss my approach to coaching, and we can discuss any questions you have as well. During the session I will provide you with a recommendation on length of sessions and frequency based on you needs and desires. Many clients have the outcome they are looking for with 1-hour bi-weekly sessions over 90 days. Others find that working with a coach long-term will continue to accelerate them to levels they didn't think possible.
